Importing images onto a slide with a background

Greetings....I'm (more or less) a Captivate Noob...so please forgive me if my question is elementary.  I have created a quiz using a template with a background.  I am attempting to inport an image for one of my slides and I cannot get the image to display on top of the background.  Is there a visio or powerpoint-esque option for the image to "bring to front"?

    Hello,

    I'm a bit puzzled, seems very strange.


    If you want the 'bring to front', use right-click menu, Arrange, Bring to Front but...

    Question slides are a bit particular: most of the objects will always be on top, having an image on top of the background is normally no problem.
