Importing powerpoint into cap 9 -- only 2 slides import

Why do only the first 2 slides of a 44 slide PP file convert to Captivate? It indicates that it is importing all the slides, but I only get the first 2 slides as the Captivate project. I am running cap as administrator.

    Probably the issue is that I have an old version of PP (2007). I downloaded trial version of Office 360 and it imports all the slides now.

    The issue is not really solved. It did work once, but with subsequent attempts I can only convert the first 2 or 3 slides. Except, sometimes it does work. I guess it's a glitch in my/the system.
