Importing simulation

I have created a simulation of a web-based tool that I would like to import into a module that I created using the default template (sample template). When I import the simulation, the template seems to cut off part of the screen that I captured. Is there a way to import the simulation and not lose part of the screen?

I have already tried creating the simulation from within the template module, but when I do that I am not able to capture the whole screen to begin with. If there's a way to capture the whole screen when recording a simulation from within the template, that would be just as helpful.
