Hi Guys

When I try to import a video clip it plays fine before/whilst importing it and even when previewing it but when published it plays very stuttery - I'm at my wits end with this can anyone please offer some advice because I think I've tried everything
* I've disabled video compression
* Kept the publish settings on the highest I can see ( although not sure about encoding settings)
* I've kept the frame rate of the project and the swf the same
* It makes no difference what length the clip is the same thing happens

Please, please can someone help on this

Hi webbo1968

Many thanks for your response - it's much appreciated but I've tried all things of that workaround. I've tried capturing it in Adobe Premier Plus and re-recording it as an FLV, .Mov at 24 and 30fps and matching the Captivate to each but to no avail. After about 50 seconds it just simply goes slightly out of synch. When I preview it, it works fine but only when I publish does it play up.

Any other suggestions would be most welcome.

Kind regards
Kevin

Hi,

Do you know what frame rate the video was recorded at?

The standard frame rate for video is 24fps, so set your captivate project to 24fps also, and try that.
