Impossible to cancel my desktop Captivate 8 sub?

Hi,

I've spent the last 15 minutes finding a way to cancel my captivate sub. Unfortunatly for me your chat and call center are closed help me cancel my sub!

    BTW With a subscription license you are entitled to new versions, why did you stay with CP8, we are on 2017 which is version 10?

      Hi Lilybiri,

      Thanks for the fast response. I'm still using captivate 8 as it seems to have all the tools I need for my desktop builds as well as the mobile responsiveness of Rise from Articulate... So I've been with Captivate 8 largely through habit

      Not a good idea, both 9 and 2017 have a lot more useful features and they are faster!
