impossible to install Captivate 2019 with License

Question

I would like to install Captivate 2019. (with license number 1368-1005-xxxx-xxxx-2532-3668) under WIN 11-64. The License is of Lufthansa - German Airline. It is not in Standard Account, as all others (Premiere, Acrobat, Photoshop etc,) Dont know why.

First, the MS Aggregator host must be terminated, otherwise Setup will not work. (Never had this before)

Then I install Captivate_2019_x64_LS21. Error 0xc000007b appears at startup. That was it.

Had terminated all Adobe SW in Taskmanager, and run Log Collector.

Cant get Support from Adobe (shold contact our Admin - they have to Idea of Adobe)

Did you understand my answer? You mention 'Classic', that is the version which can be installed along the new version, and has the version number 11.8.2. But that version only is available as subscription license. You need to go back to version 11.5.5.553 whowh was the last version available as perpertual license. You should be able to use that version with your license number. Kglad gave you the ProDesign URL where you can download that older version, which BTW is much more stable and has little bugs than the most recent 11.8.2.

Hi Lilybiri, i got an solution from 'CaptivateHelp@adobe.com'.

I repaired all Microsoft Visual C++ files one by one, and made a restart. Thats it. Now it works.- The MS AGGREGATOR HOST Error is still there, but can be killed an then continue. All works fine. >>>>>>For the records
