Question

In Captivate 2017 I cannot position the playhead.

I converted a project from Captivate 9 to 2017. Clicking the Timeline does not move the playhead to that position. Also, I cannot drag the playhead to scrub. This is rendering my project useless unless I can find a solution.

I created a new Captivate 2017 project, applied our theme, and then copied the slides into the new project, as you suggested. I no longer have the playhead problem. Thank you.

Are you working in a Blank project or a Responsive project ?

Can you check the same behavior in a new project in Captivate 2017 as well ?

This is a nonresponsive project. It does not occur when I begin a new project but only when I open a Captivate 9 project and save it.

Hi ,

Please try to copy the slides from Captivate 2017 (upgraded project) and paste them in new project in Captivate 2017 and then check the behavior.
