In Captivate 8 - scroll bar in scrolling text interaction not selectable via the keyboard and not announced correctly by JAWS

User cannot move the scroll bar up or down via the keyboard to view the text within the scroll area.  How can I fix this?

Also, JAWS announces the scroll bar as "Graphic #" instead of announcing as "Scroll bar".  How can I fix this?
