In a published training module with a 10-question quiz at the end, my testers are being shown scores of 0 even though they input the correct answers. I have no idea what could be causing this. Help is very appreciated!

Do you use the Submit button to enter an answer? I'm asking this because I see a lot of users confused by the presence of both a Submit and a Next button. That Next button has a double functionality, during the Quiz it is a

Skip button (was the label on this button in former versions),  during Review you need that button to enable navigation between quiz slides. If you don't allow Review, you can uncheck the Next button in the Quiz Properties. If you want Review, to avoid that confusion, you can drag the Next button under the Clear button (on quiz master slide works quicker). More tips here:

I don't have the Next button as an option, so they are definitely clicking Submit.

What are the SCORM setings? Which LMS do you use? You could upload the SCORM Cloud for testing.

Can you check the Advanced Interaction panel (F9) to see if everything is correct?

You can also insert some system quizzing system variables (like cpQuizInfoPointsscored or cpInfoPercentage) in a text container on the first slide, that you time for the rest of the project to see if the system variables are updating after each question.

Please, tell us also which version you are using on which OS?
