Incompatible SCO Error Message coming on Adobe captivate 2019

I've attempted to use the MultiSCO Packager inside of Captivate 2019 on the windows to build a course with modules and test published with SCORM 1.2.

It's giving me an error message that it is an incompatible SCO file!

I have a module published in SCORM 1.2 and separate test also published in the same scorm.

I am using 11.5.5.553 captivate 2019 version.

Please look into the attached images for your reference.

Your screenshots and description seem to indicate that you are trying to create a SCORM 2004 multi-SCORM package but the SCOs being added are SCORM 1.2.  Is that correct?  If so, that might be the issue.  The SCORM version of the SCOs must match the version of the Multi-SCORM package you are trying to create.

Another possible reason:  Did you publish all SCOs from the same version of Captivate, and to the same SCORM version?

I am trying to create SCORM 1.2 multi-SCORM package. But in the dialog box unable to change the SCORM version and there is not drop down option to change the version.

I have SCORM 1.2 version published all modules.

Yes.  But if you select anything other than the left-most box in the Multi-SCORM Packager, you only have the option to build with SCORM 2004 modules because that option allows you to enforce some rules on how the modules are presented.  This is something that is only supported in SCORM 2004, not SCORM 1.2.

So, unless you are willing to republish your SCORMs to SCORM 2004 format you will only be able to use the first option in the SCORM Packager.  If you select the first option, then you have the extra option to specify the SCORM version.
