Indian accent - text to speech converter

Hi we are using Adobe Captivate 6.  We have already installed the neospeech convertor which provides text to speech for 5 different accents (Kate, Paul, Julie etc.)

Our client told us to use the Indian accent converter.  As per our initial search we couldnt find anything.

Is there any way to get an Indian accent? Or maybe some other asian acecent?
