I have downloaded the trial version of Captivate 4. Everything goes fine until the Initializing phase-it stops at 90% and does not move from there. Has anyone expereinced this or knowa way of getting around it? Currently, I can not do anything until it initializes. Help!

Are you connected to a Local Area Network (LAN)? If so, have you tried disconnecting from the LAN and starting Captivate?
