Inking/Drawing on Slides During Recording

Hello!

Thank you for reading this!  Quick question, is there a way to draw/ink a slide during the recording of a slide?  I need to explain mathematical formulations and how to use them.  I would like to do demo problems where I use a stylus to record the writings like I do with Microsoft Mix (Powerpoint).
