Input Text field Refresh issue

Question

We have a set of captivate movies that include a Restart
button at the end, with a Jump to Slide 1 action. The problem is
the movie doesn't refresh one or more of the text input fields used
in the captivate file. So when the user has already entered the
required text, then chooses to restart the demo, the text input
field remains filled in, rather than refreshing. Does is have to do
with the browser window not closing, just the flash file
restarting? If so, is there a simple way to force the movie to
refresh so the text input fields reset automatically?

Hi d_orangeIf you are simply moving to slide 1, the way you would wantto do this is by reloading the movie. So instead of your buttonjumping to slide 1, just have it point to a URL and restart themovie that way. Beyond that, there is no way to blank the fields.As you have seen, once they have been interacted with, they retainthe values entered. But if the movie reloads, they should be fresh.Cheers... Rick
