Insert FLash Video Captivate 5 or 4?

Can I insert and embed a flash (or other) video in a Captivate 5 project that will be published as an flv file?

I don't want the video file to be "linked" = I want it to be a permanent part of the filan published SWF file . . .

    Hi There,

    Yes you could do that in Adobe Captivate 5 if you want to publish your project as FLV. However, your videos would be kept externally if you publish your project as SWFs.

    Ahh thank you. I have had trouble exoprting to AVI and just gave up doing anything but SWF.

    Does Captivate 4 do this as well?
