Question

Inserted JPEGs look bad when published

We're working on a project that includes some screen caps. These are edited in Photoshop and saved as JPEGs at the highest quality and then inserted into Captivate. The inserted images look great until the movie is published, even with all compression turned off and jpeg quality set to 100% in the Publishing Prefs these images look heavily compressed when Publlished. Anyone have any thoughts, fixes or advice?

Hi jlee250 and welcome to our community

Take a look at the affected slides. Specifically, the slide properties. There is a quality setting there as well. Keep in mind that you can select multiple slides and configure all of them at the same time.

Cheers... Rick

That seems to have solved the issue. Thanks for the advice, Rick.
