Inserted video doesn't play

Hello,

I'm using Cp7 and have added a flv video that is deloyed on the same server on which our LMS is located. In inserting the video, I used a URL (which I've tested). But the video simply doesn't play. I've tested using F11 and F12, and also by publishing and then playing the resulting swf in our LMS. But all to no avail.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
