Inserting slide video vimeo link hangs on loading screen. Help!

On a windows PC, CP version 11.5.5.553

I do Media > Video > Slide Video > Vimeo

insert my link and Captivate just hangs on the "Loading Video" Screen at 50%

Please fix ASAP or tell me how to get around this. Videos MUST be hosted on vimeo. I also tried with an interactive video and get the same issue. The vimeo link is valid.

I am just a user, not someone from Adobe. There are issues with Vimeo links, but am not aware of any fix yet.
