Installation error on Captivate 2017 release

Can't install Captivate 2017 release on macOs Sierra. Error log file points to system requierements which I think that my machine perfectly suits with the exception of display's recommendation: "1024 x 768 display (1280 x 1024 recommended) with 16-bit video card". Nevertheless never had problems with previous releases. Does anyone know related issues? Thank you.

    We also run MAC OS Sierra and had to use a Terminal command to install Captivate 2017 but we are still having issues, have done 2 additional clean installs but the Libraries are still not loading and we still can't send .cptx / html5 files to our Adobe Connect service?
