Installation Failed (Presenter 11)

After uninstalling Presenter 10, I go install Presenter 11 and it keeps telling me Installation failed because I have a prerelease or conflicting version on my computer when I don't. What's the problem?

Please Restart you system  and make sure no app manager process is running in the back ground and try to install again. If still you are facing the same issue send me the logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html

using logs collector tool.
