Installing Adobe Presenter on Windows 7

I have downloaded Adobe Presenter 11 for installation on a 4-5 year old Dell Inspiron laptop running Windows 7.  I am trying to install the free trial version.  The installation proceeds only to the point of being 2% complete.  Then the installation fails.  The log file looks like this:

Exit Code: 7

Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example, ERROR:

- 0 fatal error(s), 1 error(s)

ERROR: System check returned with error : 6

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have tried disabling my Antivirus (Avast) and the Windows Firewall.  I get exactly the same result.  Does anyone have suggestions on what else to try to get the installation to succeed?

Request you to please send the log details using Adobe's log collector tool- https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html

Steps to follow:

1. Try installing Adobe Presenter 11

2. After you encounter the installation failure issue , run the log collector tool

3. Share the zip file created with me (zhussain@adobe.com)
