Installing Captivate 2017 offline

Hi All,

I currently have Captivate 8 installed on my laptop, but looking at installing Captivate on a remote (totally offline) system, mainly to capture screen/system simulations. I know Captivate 8 is no longer available to purchase, so have been looking at potentially purchasing two Captivate 2017 licenses. Before I do though, I have a question.

My remote system does not have any access to the internet (no Ethernet, no Wi-Fi, no Hotspot) so can Captivate 2017 be; Installed, Activated and Operated fully offline?
