Installing Captivate 9 exe file

I am trying to install the 2nd file to the Captivate 9 installation process and I receive an error.  I am able to install the program, however, I am unable to install the 2nd file

http://trials3.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/CPTV/9/win64/Captivate_9_x64_LS21.exe

I am receiving an error and cannot figure out how to get it installed.
