Installing NeoVoice

I downloaded the NeoVoice zip files by using the link within Captivate 9 (under Audio --> Speech Management). Adobe Installer errrors: "Installer failed to initialize. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem." After clicking the link to "Get Adobe Support Advisor" all it does is to me to the main landing page for Adobe Support, but there's nothing to download. I also do not have an SN for the product -- it's a corporate Enterprise license. Any ideas?
