Installing Update 9.0.2.437

Hello,

The current version of Captivate on my desktop is 9.0.0.223 and I need to update it to 9.0.2.437. However, after visiting Adobe - Adobe Captivate Support Center : Downloads and downloading the 64-Bit patch and trying to run it, its giving me an error. Can someone guide me what is the best way to install the update patch?

Did you use Help, Update? Do not forget to read the Release notes, which explain other steps (clearing Preferences being one of them).
