interaction elearning brothers

I decided to use an interactive template from elearning brothers in Captivate 9. 1. "Learn how to use this template" when clicked it does nothing I thought there would be a video or something. 2. When the template is downloaded where does it go? it was not in the media files. Usually when I down load it goes to the download folder, is there some mystery file that captivate generates? I would appreciate some input.
