Interaction with clicking/dragging

I am trying to create an interaction in Captivate with involves a user clicking and dragging to draw a box around some information and then click the right mouse button to cause an action. Is this possible without hard core custom programming?

    User cannot drag, with the exception of matching type of question slides and the drag&drop interaction. Right-click functionality can be set up.

    Sorry, but edited your title, it has no sense to put in the title the same text as in the body of a question.
