Interactions and collected data from LMS using SCORM

What other interactions besides enter, exit and score from a course I can get from an LMS using SCORM? We are looking at new LMS and I keep asking the same question to the vendors. If I create a 10 question Captivate quiz will I being able to extract each answer from the users using your LMS? Their can answer is " If the software (Captivate) can send the sco call to the LMS, we will be able to report on it". How do you set up Captivate to send a individual SCO calls for each question on a quiz?
