Question

Interactions do not work when published in video format

I am tasked to develop informational projects using Captivate. These projects will be posted on SharePoint Online, which does not allow us to use html5, but will allow videos. When I publish as a video, though, I notice that interactions are not working. Am I doing something wrong or is that how it actually works when published as a video? I am new to Captivate. Thank you!

Interactivity and Passive video are contradictory. You cannot have any interactivity or if you prefer interactions in a passive video except of course Play/Pause/Stop. That is within the definition of a passive video.

Of course, that makes sense now. Thank you.
