Interactions over youtube widget + playbar

Hi,

I'm starting to use the youtube widget to embed videos and wanted to show buttons over the videos but it doesn't seem to work. The buttons appear to hide behind the video.. even if I set them to be first layer. If I click where the buttons are supposed to be, it does move on with the interaction.. but except for me, my students can't go that way.

My present solution has been to reduce the size of the video and lay the buttons bellow the video.. works fine, but would much prefer to have the video nearly fullscreen..

Also, currently I've only managed to publish my projects in html5 and host on my webserver. I managed to hide the captivate play bar not to interfere with the branching from the button interactions but the youtube widget doesn't allow hiding the youtube playbar when publishing in html5, does anyone know a workaround this ?
