Interactive Buttons Move in SCORM Preview

I am creating a new interactive project in captivate 9. I add an interactive next button and drag it to the bottom of the screen. When I preview the project in scorm and hover over the interactive button it jumps to the centre of the screen and i can not click on it. How do i fix this?

Hi I've found the fix and applied it but it has not sorted out the problem. Buttons still jump to centre of screen and are unclickable. Also, the "next" button that I was using (next_blue(90x27) no longer works. Its in the list to choose from, but when clicked on does not update the button. Tried same in another project where it previously worked and got same issue. other buttons in the same style (e.g back) work ok.

Hi,

Can you try clearing your preferences?

1. Close Captivate

2. Navigate to the Captivate Installation directory (Usually this is: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 9 x64)

3. Go to "utils" folder

4. Run the file "CleanPreferencesWin.bat" by double clicking it

5. Restart Captivate

Hi,

I did this as part of the fix install - have just done it again but has not made any difference. Blue button still wont update and jumping buttons still occur in original project. Coming to the conclusion that the project has (for some reason unknown to me!) spontaneously corrupted - although this does not explain the blue button issue. Any suggestions??

Please install the hotfix. Google for Hotfix in Captivate 9.
