Interactive Captivate presentation does not work on a Touchscreen device, but does on a PC.

I have created a Captivate 8 Project which functions properly on a PC where there is a proper mouse. The output is HTML5 and runs under Google Chrome.

However, I having ported the published content to a Tablet running Windows 8.1 with Google Chrome. The simple tap Buttons work but my Drag objects do not, I was lucky on my first use in that I did manage to drag an object but not at all since. It seems that I am not able to simulate the Click and Hold capability that the mouse can achieve.

Are there any known issues and techniques for dealing with Drag and Drop behaviours on Tablet devices for these types of publications?
