Interactive video

Hi, 

I´m tossing around (again) embedding interactive videoes.

When I insert videoes from Vimeo they look terribile the first 4-5 seconds when they calculate the bandwidth. Can I fix this (together with the black top and bottom bars)?

And am I right when I say it is no longer possible to remove 'related videos' at the end of a played video?

And Vimeo seems to has ruled out some limitations of their js-player if you a not a PRO-subscriber? Is that correct?
