When I try to import an interactive video from my computer to my project an error message appears: "The beggining or finishing time specified is not valid". Does anyone know what this mean?

Hy Lilybiri! I realized that the edited video was exported with HEVC(H 265) format. So the Captivate couldn´t read the archive. Then I have changed the format to H 264 and it worked.

    Best regards.

A workaround might be to try to bring your video in through the Media icon and select video and see if that works. Alternatively, you can simply drag and drop the video to the slide from your window on your computer (assuming you are not running in admin mode).

Was the interactive video created with Captivate?

That was the reason I asked if this 'interactive' video was created with Captivate... apparently is not an interactive video but a passive video. Terminology!!!
