Interactive Video Not Working Adobe 2019

Hello,

When I try to use the interactive video function, after pasting in the Youtube video URL I get the following error:

My computer is connected to the internet. I work in government, so I'm not sure if security settings for the organisation could be restricting the internet.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
