iOS 9.2.1 - issue with the quiz - buttons overlap answer choices

Hi,

I developed a module last year in Captivate version 7 that functioned on the available iOS at that time (8.4 I believe). My client just upgraded to iOS 9.2.1 and is now experiencing issues with the quiz functionality. I have one module that contains 25 questions. The Clear and Submit buttons on each slide are now covering the answer options and the buttons don't work. Another user has had issues submitting the final score to the LMS.

Has anyone experienced this issue or have any advice on how to tackle it? I was thinking of publishing the course in version 8 or 9, but I that maybe an issue with the client's LMS.
