iOS7 audio lag issues and TOC (Progress Summary) not scrolling

We upgraded to Captivate 7, but the TOC or Progress Summary no longer scrolls up and down when we develop and publish our project to HTML5 via Captivate 7. There is also audio loading issue since Apple updated to iOS7. We have tested on all types of bandwidths, but the loading issue remains. I am not sure if this is a Safari issue or a Captivate issue.

Since the TOC/Progress Summary is very important for navigating our modules via iPads; we decided to switch back to Captivate 6. Captivate 6 does not have the scrolling issue when viewed on iOS6 or iOS7, but the audio lag is still noticable. We've had to compress our audio under 500 kb for each slide inorder to get a decent playback, but any audio close to 500 kb will still cause a lag when loading a slide. Again, this has been tested on all types of bandwidth connections, but the audio issue only occured since Apple updated to iOS7.

We have a bug submitted to fix the TOC scrolling issue, which is Bug # 3635681. I have yet to hear back or recieve a patch and it's been over two months. Any help would be wonderful.
