iPad Display Issue

Hello,

I'm looking for an effective idea to draw the learner's attention to scroll down and be sure to click "submit" after choosing correct answer(s) to quiz question. Any suggestions that will definitely work in HTML5 in a web-responsive mode project developed for the iPad?

Learner must scroll down in order to access the 'submit' button within the Fluidic player. It occurs when published in the Adobe Prime LMS Fluidic player despite experimenting and with various device heights. I used the built-in Quiz > Question Slide feature. (Learner has to always scroll down to get to the submit button on the iPad no matter whether viewport size/device/slide height gets entered, the display still looks exactly the same with learner needing to scroll down using the iPad/tablet breakpoint.)
