iPad Quiz Scoring Off

I am testing on an iPad 3 with iOS 9.3.2. The course runs beautifully in HTML5 on every other platform tested. iPad, Safari in particular, is having this issue (and several others). There is also the Flash version that has worked flawlessly so far.

I built this course, therefore have the answer key, so I know I am inputting the correct answers. I variably receive invariably lower than 100% scores each time. I don't know what the heck is going on.

I have searched and seen very little on this topic. Any type of advice or direction to potential solutions would be greatly appreciated!
