Iphone screen rotation problems.

If I rotate my iphone screen horizontally my project is completely different than tablet view or mobile view. By rotating the phone, my project becomes an unreadable mess and no objects are in the right place? Can't find any info on this. Shouldn't it switch to tablet view?
