iphone user cant zoom or scroll

i published a project with both swf and html options , when testing the published file on iphone the project size on screen is too big and the user cant scroll or zoom out to see all of it ,

Do you have scalable HTML content selected in the publish dialogue?

If you haven't give it a go, the project should then scale down to fit the iPhone.

thanks for your replay , i dont want it to be scalable , coz its gonna be used on normal browsers too and i want to keep the size , i only want to be able to zoom and scroll while browsing in iphone
