Is Adobe Captivate 2017 compatible with Windows 11?

My organization has access to licenses for Adobe Captivate 2017 and we're all switching over to Windows 11 on all new devices. Will we be able to utilize our 2017 licenses, or is it now obsolete? Will it work but with reduced functionality?
