Is Captivate Classic down or having issues today (10.17.2025)?

I am unable to preview or publish courses. I've tried with multiple courses, and every time I attempt to preview or publish, Captivate Classic crashes. Is anyone else having this issue?

Preview is local on your computer, so it shouldn't be affected.

Where are you publishing to? It could be affected by the AWS outage.

I'm publishing to my desktop, so everything is local to my computer. The only thing I can think of is that Adobe Fonts being down is causing issues as my projects all link to Adobe Fonts. Maybe it's trying to communicate with AF & it's cauing a loading error? I have no idea. I've got an email in to the support team as well.

It most likely a problem with the font server. This is the message I got:

It could be related to the AWS problem.
