Is captivate right for me

I downloaded the trial of Cp4 to see if it can do what I need it for (I am very new to this):

I have been told it can be used to 1)  design questionnaires with conditional branching questions and 2) have the responses populate a predesigned "form"

If this is possible, can anyone point me in the direction of how to do that. I'm trying to figure out before my trial ends, but have not had much luck on my own!

    Hi there

    Certainly Captivate is capable of creating a questionaire. One of its features is quizzing. And certainly it can branch conditionally based on responses.

    I'm a bit puzzled, however, with your mention of a "predesigned form".

    If your intent is to create surveys, you will likely find Captivate woefully inadequate. There is a reason Adobe themselves use the SurveyMonkey site and not Captivate when they perform surveys.
