Is is possible to pay for access to troubleshooting support?

I need access to real support in adobe captivate. this is what makes adobe so unappealing to me. My questions are the same exact questions i saw published in community forum since 2010. Is there a service line that I can pay to have access to??

My problem is that a number of my projects in captive 9 are not publishing correct. This happens a lot. I keep getting an error message that says "an error in swf. check to see if a actionvariable is not the same as a username" (something to that effect, it seems to be a very common error).

How can I find what variable it is speaking about?

I have seen this same error message discussion go on and on in other forums. Anyone?
