Is it possible to change the Captivate's interface language to English?

Hi,

This will be my first question in the Community and i'm really hoping to to be advised with a solution for my uneasy situation. My company purchased a license and when I was installing the soft, the only available language was Spanish. It is understandable because I work and live in Spain, however my corporate language and everything that we do, we do in English! I believe this was a wrong assumption of the services provider for our company..Anyway, I was wondering if there is any way or anything we could do to change it to English?

Installed via a corporate tool, my OS is in Spanish but I would need to have Captivate 2017 in English. Seems that it is taking the OS language of the machine as the corporate tool is in English and all soft is installed by default in English.

NY experience is different. I have an English and a French version of

Captivate in English and Dutch OS. You need to buy CP in the wanted

language.

Some Adobe applications can be installed in several languages. Of course I may be wrong, but thought that not to be the case for Captivate which you need to buy in the appropriate language. Could you contact the vendor please?

Thank you Lilybiri, then i obviously have to..I just thought there was a quick and easy way to resolve this.

Thanks for confirming what I thought, because I have tried to install Captivate in French instead of English and that didn't work neither.

I hope someone from the staff will contact you, I am only a user.

You will need to reinstall Captivate and this time select English as the language.

Hi RodWard,

I've tried that, and there is no option to select English if i use the same exe. Do you mean I need to download a different installation file? Where do i get one that would let me select English? Sorry... so many more questions coming up
