Using Adobe Captivate (2017 Release) Is it possible to change the color of the rollover caption box once it has been viewed?

Below is the image I have created, I want to change the BLUE color to another color once the viewer has rolled over to view the popup captions. Is this possible?

Rollover for a caption is not an event that could launch an action like changing the state (which could be another color) of an object.

It could be done with a rollover slidelet, which has a rollover event.

However: hope you are aware of the fact that rollovers are not supported for HTML5 output, although they may work for laptopst they'll not work on mobile devices.
