Is Responsive Project working for SCORM packages - eventually publish on LMS

I am new to Captivate, and I need to know if creating a project as a Responsive Project will be suitable for SCORM. I need to know before I start my presentation so I don't waste my time in the wrong template for my needs.

Both normal and responsive projects can be SCO's, provided the LMS supports responsiveness.
