Is there a known issue with Windows XP users with Internet Explorer?

I have created a Captivate 9 project file, which 'most' people can view, but it appear that users of Windows XP running

Internet Explorer can get passed the good old spinning wheel/loader icon.

Is there an reason for this, or is this a known issue?

If those same users then try on either Chrome or Firefox they can access the module.

    Which version of Internet Explorer? Windows XP is no longer supported by MS, maybe they still have a very old version?

    They're using Internet Explorer Version 10.

    Sorry, should have asked as well (IE 10 seems OK): is the project published to SWF or HTML? If you use SWF, which version of Flash Player do they have?
