Is there a link for a monthly (only) subscription for Captivate ?

Hi all, I cannot seem to locate a subscription link anywhere for a monthly or month by month option for Captivate. Does this exist somewhere ?

Here are the plans for Adobe Captivate. There is an annual plan, paid monthly, but not a monthly plan.
